T.O.S:

• I reserve the right to refuse any commissions for any reason

• you must be 18+ to commission me

• you are free to post the piece even if i haven't yet on my platforms

Payment:

• PayPal/PayPal Invoice

• Gumroad commission slot

  • i will accept payment after the comm has been finalized and given the all go

Refund Policy:

• Finished work is non-refundable

• Issuing a chargeback once the commission is finished will get you backlisted from commissioning me in the future as well as restricted access to future assets/textures/etc.. I put up publicly

• if you ask for  a refund after I have started you will still be charged for any progress made

•  no refund will be given if client cuts communication through any progress

Edits:

• I will allow up to 3 so please make sure to look closely at the wips and progress shots I send

• you are free to edit the model/model assets however you like after receiving the comm files as long as I am credited for the assets/design

• please provide clear references and visual ideas for what you'd like almost down to a T. No text descriptions

• I do not offer alternate versions of assets/models

I'm down for anything but I wont do/make:

• NSFW Avatars or anything nsfw

• robotic/cybernetic (for the moment/may change)

• characters you do not own

• hateful/phobic avatars

Other:

• you are free to use the avatar however you like (twitch, vtuber, etc..) as backgrounds, characters/avatars, banners - anything non-profit

• you cannot resell any assets created and used for your comm

• I reserve the right to use and take pictures of the avatar as references of my work
